Terms and Conditions for Thaling Homestay
- Booking and Reservation: a. To make a reservation, guests must provide accurate personal details and contact information. b. Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and the completion of the required deposit or payment.
- Payment Policy: a. Payment in full or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure a reservation. b. Payment can be made through cash or specified online payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellation made within [5 days] prior to the check-in date will incur a [25]% charge. b. No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in will result in a charge equivalent to the entire booking amount.
- Check-In/Check-Out: a. Check-in time is [9:00] AM/PM and check-out time is [11:00] AM/PM. b. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability.
- House Rules: a. Guests are expected to respect local customs, culture, and the homestay environment. b. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. c. Pets may not be allowed unless specified otherwise.
- Liability: a. The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay. b. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Local Community and Environment: a. Guests are encouraged to respect the local community and environment. b. Any behavior that disturbs the community or damages the environment will not be tolerated.
- Amendment of Terms: a. Tholang Homestay reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Complaints and Concerns: a. Guests are encouraged to address any concerns or complaints promptly to the management for resolution.
- Jurisdiction: a. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be the courts of Lahaul Spiti district, Himachal Pradesh.
